薄圆盘形转子5自由度磁悬浮轴承系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研制了一种新型的薄圆盘形转子5自由度磁悬浮轴承系统,介绍了其基本结构和工作原理,计算推导了此系统的数学模型,得到了5个自由度之间的耦合情况,主要有惯性耦合和陀螺效应耦合,并求出了此系统数学模型的状态方程,由状态方程可知此系统是可以控制的,为盘类转子磁悬浮轴承系统的设计提供了参考。采用经典PID分散控制策略对系统进行了实验研究,给出了PID控制的实验波形。实验结果表明此耦合系统强制解耦后采用经典PID分散控制能够使5个自由度同时稳定悬浮。
