摘要 通过试验研究,测试了硬化混凝土的含气量、气泡平均半径、气泡数量、气泡间隔系数,探讨了气泡参数对引气混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,气泡平均半径对引气混凝土抗压强度的影响最大,混凝土抗压强度随气泡平均半径的增大而降低;随着气泡数量的增多,引气混凝土干燥收缩变形呈减小趋势;气泡间距系数对引气混凝土抗冻性的影响非常显著,当气泡间距系数超过300μm时,混凝土抗冻性较差。 Through test and study, we measured the air void content, average bubble radius, bubble quantity, and spacing coefficient of hardened concrete and explored the effect of air void parameters on the properties of air entraining concrete. The test results showed that the average bubble radius would bring the most obvious effect on compressive strength of air entraining concrete. The compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of average bubble radius. With the increasing the quantity of air void, the dry shrinkage deformation of air entraining concrete is in a decreasing tendency. The spacing coefficient of air void has obvious effect on freeze-thaw durability of concrete. When the spacing coefficient exceeds 300 μm, the frost resistance of concrete becomes worse.
