摘要
黄河炳灵(寺沟峡)水电站项目于2004年11月开始导截流工程施工,翌年11月实现主河床截流,2008年7月首台机组并网发电。该项目能在较短的时间内开工建设并发挥效益,首先得益于甘肃青海两省共同对这一界河项目的大力支持;其次是采用了坝址下移、厂顶溢流和国内单机容量最大的灯泡贯流机组等多项技术措施。
The Bingling (Sigouxia) Hydropower Station Project on the Yellow River was started to divert and close the river in November, 2004 and the main river closure was reached in the November of next year, then its first generating unit was put into generation in July, 2008. This project can be started to construction and produce benefits in such short time, firstly due to the strong supports from the concerned parties and then due to the adopt of several innovation technical measures such as the dam site moving toward downstream, overflow on the top of powerhouse and the maximum capacity bulb tubular generating unit at that time in China.
