摘要
炳灵水电站安装5台单机容量为48MW的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组,发电机定子总质量123.7t,外形尺寸7230mm×3350mm,机座为分3瓣结构。定子组装采用的是现场焊接机座现场叠片的组装方式,这样可增加定子的整体刚度减小机组运行过程中产生的振动、噪声、发热,提高了发电机运行的可靠性。但是在现场组装其施工条件要逊于工厂,所以定子叠片、下线时的现场环境因素是安装单位要重点考虑的问题。
The Bingling Hydropower Station was equipped with five bulb tubular hydro-generating units with the installed capacity of 48 MW each. The total mass of the stator of power generator is 123.7 t, with the outer dimensions of 7 230 mm×3 350 mm. The pedestal is a 3-segement structure. The assembly of stator is to weld pedestal and pile up pieces on the site, which can increase the integral rigidness of stator and reduce the vibration, noise and heat caused in the operation of generating unit so that it can enhance the operation reliability of generator. But the construction conditions of field assembly are poor than that in factory so that the field environment factors during the piece pile-up and finishing of stator is the important problem to be considered for the assembly agents.
