存在过大相邻高差时纵缝张开度仿真研究

摘要 利用仿真分析软件FZFX3D对向家坝水电站大坝施工过程中相邻坝块出现的过大高差问题进行了仿真分析。结果表明,虽然相邻坝块存在高差过大问题,但由于二期冷却前相邻坝块基本稳定在同一温度,且二期冷却达到了预期效果,因此,除受基岩强约束部位外,其余高程处纵缝张开度都能达到最小张开度0.5mm的要求。 Using the simulation analysis software-FZFX3D, it is studied that the great adjacent height difference appear in the construction process of Xiangjiaba, the temperature distribution and the Longitudinal Joint Aperture have been obtained. The results show that adjacent blocks have great height difference, but the adjacent blocks have the same temperature before second stage cooling, and the anticipative effect of second stage cooling has been reached, therefore, except the part restricted by bedrock, the Longitudinal Joint Aperture satisfies the requirements of the least aperture-0.5mm.
