摘要
首先从宏观上建立了汽车变速箱的实用稳态热网络模型,综合考虑了可能影响变速箱温升的各种工况后,对变速箱的稳态温升作了较为精确的预测;然后构造了轴和齿轮的有限元计算模型,利用网络法分析的结果确定边界条件,从微观上得出了重要部件的温度场分布情况。
With possible factors affecting the temperature rising of gearbox in operation taken into consideration as a whole, a general and practical model of the static thermal network of the gearbox is developed and more accurate simulation and expectation of temperature rising of the box are accomplished. On the basis of the results of the thermal network analysis, boundary conditions are set, finite element analysis models for the shafts and gears are further established, and temperature distrubutions of specific elements of the gearbox are concluded.
