摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定油墨中的苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯的检测方法。方法:用正己烷提取油墨中的上述5种苯系物,毛细管色谱柱(HP—Innowax)分离,FID检测。结果:该方法分离效果好,检出限均低于0.5mg/g,回收率在89.4%~102.1%之间,精密度为7.7%~13.8%。结论:该方法快速,灵敏,准确,完全满足油墨中上述5种苯系物的测定要求。
Objective: A method using gas chromatography was established for analysis of five benzenes In printing ink. Methods: The Five benzenes were extracted with n - hexane, separated with capillary column HP - Innowax and detected by FID. Results:The Five benzenes were completely separated. The detection limits were less than 0. 5 mg/g, the recovery rate 89.4% - 102. 1% and the RSD 7.7% - 13.8%. Conclusion:The method is rapid ,sensitive and accurate and can be used for determination of the five benzenes in printing ink.
