毛细管气相色谱法测定中药淫羊藿中有机磷农药残留量 被引量:3

Determination of fifteen kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in a Chinese traditional medicine by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立中药中有机磷农药的测定方法。方法:样品经提取,净化后,FID检测器,经DB-1701毛细管柱分离,气相色谱法测定。结果:对敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、甲拌磷、氧化乐果、乙拌磷、久效磷、乐果、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷、磷胺、马拉硫磷、对硫磷、水胺硫磷、丙溴磷15种有机磷农药的分离效果好,线性和重现性均较好,方法的检测限达到0.002~0.046mg/L,满足工作需要。结论:该方法能同时测定中药中的15种有机磷农药。 Objective: To establish a method for deternining organophosphorus pesticide in a Chinese traditional medicine. Methods:The samples were extracted using acetone, FID detector, separating by DB - 1701 column and determinating by gas chromatography. Results:The fifteen kinds of organophosphorus pesticides including diehlorvos, methamidophos, acephate, phorate, omethoate, disulfoton, monocrotophos, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos, parathion - methyl, phosphamidon, malathion, parathion - ethyl, isocarbophos and profenofos were separated well, good linear relationship sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained, detection limits (S/N = 3 ) of them were 0. 002 -0. 046 mg/L, respectively. Conclusion: A new method for simultaneous determination of fifteen kinds of organophosphorus pesticides by using gas chromatography has been descriibed. The very simple and well effect analysis way can be got and sensitivity of them has been greatly improved.
