Analysis and evaluation of consistency between food microorganism tests

摘要 目的:研究分析酶联免疫方法与国家食品卫生标准方法GB/T4789-2003间检验结果的一致性。方法:以酶联免疫方法为备选方法、国家食品卫生标准方法为参考方法,对沙门菌和肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157进行了检验验证,比较分析检验结果。结果:两种方法对沙门菌检验的相对精确度和相对特异性均在95%以上,统计学上无显著性差异;而对于肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157,相对精确度、特异性分别为70.6%和62.1%,统计分析表明检验结果差异显著。结论:两种方法对沙门菌检验的结果基本一致,均适用于检验;而对肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157的检验有较大的差异,分析认为国家食品卫生标准GB/T4789.6-2003检验方法有待进一步完善。 Objective:To study the accordance between VADIS and GB/T4789 -2003. Methods:VADIS was regarded as alternative method and GB/T4789 - 2003 as reference method, both methods were used for the test of Salmonella and Escherichia coli 0157. Results:The relative accuracy and the relative specificity of Salmonella were over 95% , statistical analysis showed no difference between the two methods. However, the relative accuracy and the relative specificity of coli O157 were 70. 6% and 62. 1% respectively. Analysis showed there was a significant difference between two methods. Condusion: Both VADIS and GB/ T4789.4 -2003. methods are good for the test of Salmonella, whereas GB/T4789. 6 -2003 method couldn't adapt well to Escherichia coli O157 test.
