乳胶层析试纸条检测HBsAb的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of latex chromatogram test paper for HBsAb

目的:探讨乳胶层析试纸条检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(HBsAb)的可行性。方法:以ELISA作为参照法,用乳胶层析试纸条(全血法/血清法)对278份全血/血清标本同时检测HBsAb。结果:乳胶层析试纸条(全血法/血清法)阳性检出率一致为17.3%,与ELISA差异无显著性(P>0.05),准确度为98.2%(273/278),灵敏度为90.6%(48/53),特异度为100%(225/225)。结论:乳胶层析试纸条简便快捷,可作为乙肝表面抗体检测的首选方法。

Objective：To study the feasibility of detecting HBsAb with Latex chromatogram test paper. Methods：With ELISA for HBsAb in blood serum being the reference method, test paper was used to detect HBsAb in the whole blood or blood serum of 278 samples. Results：Test paper detecting HBsAb in the whole blood or blood serum obtained the same consequence, the positive rate was 17. 3% , and no significant difference among ELISA and them（ P 〉 0. 05）, the degree of accuracy, sensibility and specificity was 98. 2% （273/278）, 90. 6% （48/53） and 100% （225/225）, respectively. Conclusion ：This method is simple and rapid and it can be of the first choice for detection of HBsAb.
