摘要
目的:探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在肺结核、肺癌及肺部感染中的诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法:采用连续监测法检测ADA,采用免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP,检测肺结核组51例、肺癌组55例、肺部感染组75例患者和对照组65例血清中ADA和hs-CRP。结果:肺结核组、肺癌组ADA明显高于对照组和肺部感染组(P<0.01),肺部感染组ADA与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),肺结核组ADA明显高于肺癌组(P<0.01),肺部感染组hs-CRP明显高于其它组(P<0.01),肺结核组、肺癌组和对照组相比虽然较高但无明显差异。结论:血清ADA和hs-CRP联合检测对肺部疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To explore the significance of adenosine deaminase (ADA) and high sensitivity reaction C reaction protein analysis in diagnosis and antidiastole in pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer and lung infection. Methods : Fifty - one patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 55 with lung cancer, 75 with lung infection and 65 healthy donors were employed in current study. The serum concentration of ADA was determined by kinetics detection and serum concentration of hs - CRP analyzed by Results: Serum concentration of ADA in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with lung infection and health donors (P 〈 0. 01). Compared to patients with lung cancer, ADA concentration were significant higher in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis ( P 〈 0. 01 ), While no significant difference were detected between patients with lung infection and health donors ( P 〉 0.05 ). The serum concentration of hs - CRP in lung infection cases were significant higher than those in other groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Serum ADA combined with hs -CRP detection has clinical significance in diagnosis and antidiastole in patients with lung disease.
