昆明地区水源水微囊藻毒素和溶解性有机碳监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of results on microcystins and dissolvable organic carbon in source water of Kunming region

摘要 目的:了解掌握昆明地区水源水体中微囊藻毒素和溶解性有机碳的分布和含量,为水处理工艺提供依据。方法:通过常年监测结果,按照藻类生长的初期和高峰期,选择每年5月和9月两个拐点,对主要水源点采样,对藻类计数、溶解性有机碳、微囊藻毒素含量进行监测分析。结果:昆明地区不同水源水体中均检测到藻类,但在不同水体中优势藻类各有不同;溶解性有机碳含量0.89~38.29g/L;微囊藻毒素含量0.41—10.20μg/L。结论:部分水体富营养化,藻类污染严重,需采用合适的水处理工艺对藻类和有机污染物进行去除。 Objective: To provide the basis for the water treatment process by monitoring the content and distribution of microcystins and dissolved organic carbon in water body of Kunming region. Methods: Following the early stage and the peak of the growing - season of algae, we monitor and anylize the content of the algae count, dissolved organic carbon and microcystin in source water by choosing May and September of every year as the two growing - season points of inflexion of algea. Results:Algae could been detected in different water body of Kunming region. But different water body had its own different dominant algea, and the range of dissolved organic carbon content was 0. 89 -38.29 mg/L, microcystin 0. 41 - 10. 20 μg/L. Conclusion:The part of water body in Kunrning region has been eutrophicated and algae has caused serious pollution. So it is necessary to take action to control organic pollutants in water body of Kunming region.
