摘要
目的:了解白瓜子中亚硫酸盐的残留情况,以加强对亚硫酸盐的使用管理与日常监测。方法:对大型商场、超市、农贸市场销售的白瓜子进行了亚硫酸盐残留量的抽样分析。结果:共调查55份样品,亚硫酸盐的检出率为61.8%,合格率为61.8%。结论:白瓜子中亚硫酸盐残留情况检出率较高,且合格率较低。
Objective:To detect and analyze sulfite residue in white melon seeds to strengthen the use of sulfites on the management and monitoring of day -to -day. Methods:Large -scale shopping malls, supermarkets, market sales of sulfite residue in white melon seeds of the sample analysis. Results:A total of 55 samples were investigated, the sulfite detection rate of 61.8%, with a pass rate of 61.8%. Conclusion: Sulfates white seeds residue has higher detection rate and a lower passing rate.
