摘要
目的:为冬虫夏草菌丝体安全性评价提供毒理学依据。方法:按卫生部GB.15193~94《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行急性毒性、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和大鼠30d喂养试验。结果:冬虫夏草菌丝体对雌、雄小鼠和雌、雄大鼠经口LD50均大于20.0g/kg体重,属无毒级;3种致突变试验均未见致突变作用;对大鼠30d喂养试验结果,3个剂量组大鼠各项指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论:冬虫夏草菌丝体属无毒级;未见潜在致突变作用;对大鼠30d喂养试验,未见明显毒性反应。在本实验条件下,得出冬虫夏草菌丝体对大鼠的未观察到有害作用最大剂量为5.00g/kg体重。
Objective:To provide basis for the toxicological, assessment of coudyceps sinensis berkely sacc(CSBS). Methods: Acute toxicity test, bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mice sperm abnormality test, Ames test and thirty days feeding study were conducted according to GB - 15193 - 94. Results: CSBS on the per - oral LDS0 in mice and in rats were all 〉 20. 0 g/kg body weight (BW). It belonged to non -toxic. CSBS on the bone marrow cell mieronueleus test, mice sperm abnormality test and Ames test were all not mutation effect. On the thirty days feeding study in rats : All observed - index of the rats fed CSBS were all not significant with the control's. Conclusion: CSBS is belong to non -toxic. It has not mutation effect. No -observed -adverse - effect - level (NOAEL) of CSBS on rats is 5.0 g/kg · BW.
