隐形眼镜多功能护理液V79细胞HGPRT位点等致突变性研究

摘要 目的:研究隐形眼镜多功能护理液的致突变作用。方法:设0.5、2.0和5.0 g/kg体重3个剂量组,观察其对小鼠骨髓细胞微核的影响。设625、1250、2500和5000μg/ml 4个剂量组,进行V79细胞HGPRT位点突变试验。结果:各剂量组在体内、体外致突变性研究中均未见有致突变作用。结论:在本实验条件下,该隐形眼镜多功能护理液未见有致突变作用。 Objective:To study the mutagenicity of muhifunctional maintenance medium on contact lenses. Methods:In vivo mice bone marrow cell mieronucleus test was processed by setting 3 different dose groups of 0. 5, 2.0 and 5.0 g/kg. In vitro mammalian cell gene mutation test (forward mutation assay of V79 chinese hamster cells/HGPRT locus) was carried out by setting 4 different dose groups of 625,1250,2500 and 5000μg/ml per plate. Results: There was no obvious mutagenic toxicity in all groups. Conclusion:Multifunctional maintenance medium on contact lenses has no mutagcnicity under the study conditions.
