介绍了振动式高速斩刀的工作原理，给出了单集中转动惯量振动斩刀的数学模型，论述了振动式高速斩刀的结构设计思想，对其关键零件即弹性扭杆的设计和计算方法进行了较为详细地讨论．
The principle and the mathematics structure of the high speed oscillatory doffer comb was introduced.Its structure design method and the calculating method of its spring bar diameter were discussed.
