Objective: By monitoring endocrine hormones and substrates, hormone disturbance and substrates level were analyzed and whether or not female athletes were in a hopometabolic state were explored. Method:The participators were 30 professional female athletes and 8 sedentary female. After 2 menstrual cycle's observation, all cycles were classified as 4 groups (SedOvul, ExeOvul, ExeLPD, ExeAnov), and urine and blood were collected to analyze hormones and substrates. Result : The T3 , insulin, leptin levels of LPD and anovulatory cycles were decreased(P〈0.05), the cortisol level of LPD and anovulatory cycles was increased(P〈0. 01), the hGH, IGF-I, IFGBP-3 of LPD and anovulatory cyeles had no change, and the Ghrelin, fasting blood glucose levels of LPD and anovulatory cycles had no changes. Conclusion : In LPD and anovulatory cyeles, blood T3 , leptin, insulin level was declined and cortisol level was increased, which indicated that exercise females were in a hypometabolic state.
