1 2008年中央1号文件提出加快推进农业机械化 2008年1月30日，2008年中央1号文件——《中共中央国务院关于切实加强农业基础建设进一步促进农业发展农民增收的若千意见》正式公布。《意见》强调，突出抓好农业基础设施建设，要求加快推进农业机械化。
No.1 Document of the CPC in 2008 Proposed the Plan of Promoting Agricultural Mechanization On Jan. 30, 2008, No.1 document of the CPC, ＂Several Comments of the CPC and the State Council on Practically Strengthening Agricultural Foundation Construction and Further Promoting Agricultural Development and Increasing Farmers＇ Income＂ was formally issued. The ＂comments＂ stressed the farm foundation facilities construction and accelerating farm mechanization are the key requirements.
