兔骨折血肿细胞异种移植的免疫排斥反应研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨异种家兔骨折血肿细胞在骨折断端移植是否会导致明显的免疫排斥反应。方法:制作新西兰大白兔尺骨锯断模型,将体外培养的普通青紫蓝兔骨折血肿细胞移植到骨折断端,在移植后的不同时间处死新西兰兔,观察骨折断端单核吞噬细胞的浸润、脾脏淋巴滤泡增殖以及骨折断端异种家兔骨折血肿细胞存活的情况。结果:移植后的异种家兔骨折血肿细胞在骨折断端大量存活;与未接受细胞移植的对照组相比较,移植组并未发生明显的骨折断端单核吞噬细胞浸润和脾脏淋巴滤泡的大量增殖。结论:异种家兔骨折血肿细胞骨折断端移植未导致明显的免疫排斥反应。 Objective: To investigate the immunal regection of hematoma cells allograft to the broken ends of fractured bone. Methods: The animal models of sawed-off cubital bone was established in the New Zealand white hare. The cells derived from the ordinary livid purple blue rabbit's fracture hematoma were cultured in vitro. The rabbit fracture hematoma cells were transplanted into the broken ends of fractured bone. New Zealand white rabbits were sacrificed at different time points after transplantation , the reaction and proliferation of mononuclear phagocytic system(MPS) in the broken ends of fractured bone and splenic follicles as well as the survival and migration of the rabbit fracture hematoma cells were checked. Results: Numerous fracture hematoma cells survived and migrated toward the lesion in vivo. Compared with control group that dose not receive fracture hematoma cells transplantation , there was no significant infiltration of mononuclear phagocytes or proliferation of splenic follicles in fracture hematoma cells transplanted rabbits. Conclusions.. Transplant heterogeneous fracture hematoma cells into broken ends of fractured bone dose not cause remarkable immunal rejection.
