摘要 本文利用投入产出法,结合R&D投入指标和网络分析法,对我国制造业技术创新扩散的模式进行了分析。从扩散系统的结构、动态演化和扩散表现三个方面对比了1997年和2002年的扩散模式,揭示了系统的动态演化特征、各部门的贡献、系统的薄弱之处和国家相关产业政策对其产生的影响。研究结果表明我国制造业技术创新扩散高度依赖于少数几个传统部门,高新技术部门在技术创新扩散中的作用和贡献有待提高。 Using the Input - output analysis method in combination with R&D expenditure and network analysis, this paper studies the evolution of the innovation diffusion system of Chinese manufacturing industry. It compares the structure, dynamic and performance of the system in 1997 and 2002. The study reveals the system dynamic behavior, contributions of all sectors, weaknesses in the system and the effects of relative national industry policy. The results show that the diffusion has higher dependence on a few traditional sectors and higher degree of hierarchy. It is necessary for high - tech sectors to improve their roles and contributions to the innovation diffusion.
