摘要
企业社会资本已经被公认为是企业生存和发展的关键因素之一,很多学者分析和研究了企业社会资本对于企业创业绩效的影响作用,但是这种影响是如何进行的?对于孵化企业这样的初创企业,"如何发生作用"的指导价值将远远大于"是什么"。本文访谈和调研了54家孵化器单位并同时问卷调查270家孵化企业,对企业社会资本如何通过企业动态能力的中介作用来影响企业创业绩效进行实证研究。
The corporate social capital is one of the key factors to their survival and development. Many scholars analyze and study the effect of corporate social capital to entrepreneurial performance. How does this effect happen？ To the beginning company, the value of ＂how to effect＂ far more important than ＂what is effect＂. The paper has interviewed 54 incubators and 270 incubatees, it does an empirical research on how the corporate social capital acting the entrepreneurial performance through the intervening agency of corporate dynamic capability.
