干旱胁迫下硼对大豆植株保护酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用盆栽试验的方法,对正常水分条件下和干旱胁迫下,施硼对大豆植株保护酶(SOD、APX、CAT)活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:同正常水分条件相比,干旱胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性降低,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性较高;正常水分条件下和干旱胁迫条件下,施硼处理均能提高大豆叶片保护系统中酶(SOD、APX、CAT)的活性,提高大豆的抗旱性。 Activities of protective enzymes ( SOD, APX and CAT) of pot cultured soybean under conditions of normal soil moisture and drought stress were studied. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (APX) were lower and the activity of CAT was higher under the drought stress than those under normal irrigation treatments. The application of Boron increased the activity of the protective enzymes under both normal soil moisture and drought stress, and increased drought tolerance in soybean.
