摘要
对130份不同类型的高粱种质的总淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪和单宁等主要品质性状进行了分析测定和相关分析,结果表明,地方品种、选育品种、引进国外品种种质的子粒淀粉平均含量差异明显,地方品种均值为73.03%,选育品种均值为75.64%,国外品种均值为76.04%,选育品种和国外品种淀粉含量明显高于地方品种。相关分析表明,子粒总淀粉与蛋白质、单宁、脂肪含量间都呈极显著负相关,说明随着子粒中总淀粉的增加,蛋白质、单宁和脂肪呈现减少的趋势。由于淀粉含量在F1有一定的正超亲优势,因此本试验中筛选出的高淀粉种质,可以利用其超亲优势,进行杂交种组配,选育高淀粉品种。
Assay determination and correlation analysis of 130 sorghum accessions of different types i. e. landraces,breeding varieties and introduced cuhivars, were carried out with starch, protein, fat and tannin content. The results showed that average starch content of three types were remarkably different. The average starch content in the landraces, breeding varieties and introduced cuhivars were 73.03% ,75.64% and 76. 04%, respectively. The correlatiion analysis indicated that the starch of grains was negatively related to the protein,fat and tannin content at 0.01 level. These sorghum varieties can be used in developing high starch content hybrids in sorghum breeding.
