摘要
根据宏观检查、化学分析、金相检验和裂纹断口分析表明某锅炉汽包上产生的裂纹主要是由于循环水的温差应力引起的。并提出了一些有效的处理方法。
From visual examination, chemical analysis, metalographic examination and fracture analysis, it is concluded that the crack of the boler steam drum was caused by the temperature diffrence stress of the circulating water, some effective repair methods have been given in the paper.
