摘要 以3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,经Knoevenagel反应、硼氢化钾选择性还原、再在酸性条件下氧化反应获得3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酸。通过探讨其反应机理优化了合成条件,并采用高效液相色谱,红外光谱,核磁共振等检测手段确认了产物结构与纯度,各步总产率为62.6%。该反应原料易得,操作简单,收率较高,避免了使用剧毒试剂,更适合于工业生产。 (3, 4-Dimethoxyphenyl) acetic acid was synthesized by using 3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde as the starting material. Steps included Knoevenagel reaction, potassium borohydride reduction and oxidation under acidic environment. The optimum conditions of the synthesis were got by discussing the reaction mechanism. The purity of the compound was analyzed to be 62.6 % and its structure was confirmed by IR and NMR method. There were many advantages of the synthesis, for the starting material can be easily gained and operation of the reactions was simple and the yield was quite good and avoidance of extremely poisonous reagents. There for, the synthesis could be more fit for industrial production.
