用复合固体酸催化剂“绿色”催化合成混合二元酸二甲酯 被引量:3

摘要 以生产己二酸的副产物混合二元酸(DBA)与甲醇为原料,用复合用固体酸为催化剂,"绿色"制备混合二元酸二甲酯(DME)。最佳制备条件为:甲醇/DBAmol比为3.4/1.0,复合固体酸用量为DBA质量的1.5%,反应4 h,100 gDBA甲苯加入量为50 mol。在此条件下DME收率为87%,产品为无色澄清透明液体,其中含丁二酸二甲酯质量分数为11.0%、戊二酸二甲酯质量分数为14.0%,己二酸二甲酯质量分数为73.8%,复合固体酸催化剂具有较好的稳定性和重复使用性,再利用5次时的DME收率仍然大于80%。 Mixed dimethyl esters(DME) were prerared using adipic acid by-product mixod dibasic acids (DBA) and methano as raw materials ond Green composite solid acid as catalyst. The optimum conditians were as follows: mole rato of methanol to DBA 3.4/1.0, dosage of composite slid acid mass ritio to DBA 1.5 %, reaction time 4 h and adding 50 moL toluane into 100 g DBA. Under these conditions, the yield of DME was 87 %. The product DME was a kind of colorless and pellucid liquid containing 11.0 % dimethyl succinate 14.0 % dinethyl glutarate and 73.8 % dinetheayl adipate. When composite solid acid was recycled for 5 times, the yield of DME was still above 80 %, which showed good stability and reusability of composite solid acid.
