超甜玉米不同采收期主要品质性状变化规律研究 被引量:12

摘要 试验以超甜玉米品种佛甜2号为材料,从授粉后第16 d开始,每隔2 d选取果穗测定籽粒的百粒鲜重,水分、还原糖、蔗糖、水溶性多糖(WSP)、总淀粉的含量,探讨超甜玉米不同采收期籽粒主要品质指标变化规律。结果表明:随着授粉后天数增加,籽粒鲜重呈线性增加,含水量呈线性下降,还原糖含量呈直线下降,蔗糖含量表现先升后降的变化,在授粉后28 d达到最大值,WSP在授粉后24 d达到最大值,淀粉含量呈直线上升。最佳采收期为授粉后22-24 d。 A super sweet corn variety Fotian 2 was used as materials. Began at the 16 d after pollinated, the ears were taken from plants every two days to investigated weights of 100 kernels, contents of moisture, reducing sugar, sucrose, and total starch in grain, by which we study on how the main quality characters of super sweet corn change in different harvest times after pollination. The results showed that fresh weight increased linearly, moisture content decreased linearly, reducing sugar content decreased, sucrose content increased first until 28 d after pollination and decreased later, water-soluble polysaccharides (WSP) content reached maximum 24 d after pollination, total starch content increased linearly as the day after pollination increased. The best harvest times is 22-24 d after pollination.
