摘要
体育产业是横跨服务业、建筑业和制造业的综合性产业。试图从价值分析的角度对体育产业进行研究,在价值链理论的基础上提出了以顾客为中心的体育产业价值创造系统概念,对和满足顾客效用体系密切相关的体育产品、顾客需求体系以及体育消费过程进行了分析。在此基础上,构建了体育产业价值链体系,揭示了体育产业价值创造系统内部的价值活动规律。最后,对我国体育产业进行了分析。
Sport industry is an industry covering industries of service, architecture and manufacture. This paper tries to analyze sport industry on the views of value analysis. Based on value chain theory, a concept of sport industry value-creating system concentrate on customers is put forward. The paper also gives a research on the sports products, customer demand, and consuming process which related closely to the customer utility. Then it establishes the value chain system of sport industry and reveals the law in sports industry value-creating. In the end, the sports goods industry in China is analyzed.
