主要采用数理统计和比较研究的方法,对CBA球员年龄结构,CUBA与CBA球员竞技水平的落差情况进行了研究,得出如下主要结论:CBA球员年龄结构模式与NBA明显不同,CBA球员年龄明显偏小;CUBA与CBA球员由于竞技水平落差过大,造成两联赛脱节。CBA应逐步将后备人才的培养依托于CUBA,走可持续发展的道路。

Mainly adopting methods of mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this study investigates the age structure of CBA players and the gap between the performance level of CBA players and that of CUBA players. The following conclusions are reached： The age structure of CBA players is significantly different from that of NBA, the average age of CBA players is obviously lower; the gap between CBA＇ s level and that of CUBA is so big that it causes the two league matches disjointed. The building of CBA＇ s talents reservoir should gradually rely on CUBA and take a sustainable path of development.
