摘要
回顾了国内外有关运动员退役研究的理论模式,并分析了影响退役的主要心理因素,提出了我国退役运动员角色转换的影响模型及一系列的对策。
The paper reviews the theoretical patterns of athletes＇ retirement studies domestic and abroad. Throngh analyzing the main psychological factors influencing athletes＇ retirement, it puts forward an influential model of role transition of Chinese elite athletes as well as a series of countermeasures.
