摘要
以耐盐品种枝棉3号和盐敏感品种鲁棉6号为材料,利用石蜡包埋切片法,分析盐胁迫下叶片细胞结构的变化。结果表明,0.1%NaCl浓度下,枝棉3号叶片细胞结构表现正常,鲁棉6号韧皮部组织受损较重;0.2%NaCl浓度下,两品种叶片细胞韧皮部的筛管均受损严重,且鲁棉6号比枝棉3号受损严重;0.5%NaCl浓度下,鲁棉6号木质部的导管也受损,枝棉3号木质部组织受损较轻。因此,可以通过棉花叶片输导组织在盐胁迫下的受损情况判断其耐盐性。
Salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties were used to observe leaf cell structure under salt-stressc ondition.Cell structure of Zhimian 3 was normal and phloem of Lumian 6 was injured seriously under 0.1%N aCl.Phloem of two varieties was injured seriously under 0.2%NaCl,and Phloem of Lumian 6 was injuredm ore seriously than that of Zhimian 3.Xylem of Lumian 6 was injured seriously and that of Zhimian 3 wasi njured slightly under 0.5%NaCl.Therefore,the injury of leaf tissue under salt-stress condition may be usedt o judge the ability to endure the salt.
