白灵菇液体培养工艺的初步研究

A Primary Study on the Submerged Culture Conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis

白灵菇是一种美味、珍稀的天然保健食品,具有广阔的发展前景,国内对其液体培养的研究不多,为了进一步探讨白灵菇液体培养的条件,用摇瓶发酵的方法对白灵菇液体培养营养物质条件和培养条件进行了研究,研究结果表明,最适碳源、氮源分别为葡萄糖和蛋白胨,最适葡萄糖浓度和C/N比分别为4.0%、20︰1。最适培养条件是接种量10%,250ml三角瓶装液量为100ml,培养基初始pH为7.0,培养温度为30℃。

Pleurotus nebrodensis is a precious and rare and natural health mushroom with broad developmentp rospects.However there had been rarely report on its submerged culture.Suitable of submerged nutrient andc ulture conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied by flask shaking in this paper.The results showedt hat the suitable carbon source and nitrogen source are glucose and peptone.The mycelium grows best wheng lucose concentration is 4.0%and C/N is 20︰1.The optimum culture conditions were as below：inoculationl oading 10%,medium capacity 100 ml/250 ml flask,initial pH 7.0 and culture temperature 30℃.
