CDMBA-膨润土和CTMA-膨润土处理染料废水的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为开发处理染料废水的高效吸附材料,研究添加改性剂CDMBA和CTMA的有机膨润土对染料中性红的吸附性能,并采用红外光谱技术研究其吸附过程,探讨吸附机理。结果表明,有机膨润土吸附中性红的过程符合准二阶动力学方程。CDMBA-膨润土对中性红的吸附速率较快,可以达到CTMA-膨润土的2倍;相同改性剂用量下,CDMBA-膨润土对中性红的吸附能力较强,处理后水中中性红的残余浓度明显低于CTMA-膨润土处理。CDMBA分子中的苯环可能与中性红分子的吩嗪环之间发生相互作用,改善了其吸附性能,从而使CDMBA-膨润土吸附处理染料废水的能力明显优于CTMA-膨润土。 This paper cherishes its target to present its author's study on the adsorption characteristics of CDMBA-bentonite and CTMA- bentonite to the dye-containing sewage. For this purpose, we have synthesized CDMBA-bentonite and CTMA-bentonite, and analyzed their adsorption charactreistics to neutral red. While studying the relation between the modifiers structure and adsorption charactreistics of the above said organobentonite towards organic contaminants, we have found that the adsorption of CDMBA-bentonite and CTMA-bentonite towards neutral red strictly follow the pseudo-second-order of the kinetics model. Under the experimental conditions, the adsorption rate of CDMBA-bentonite towards neutral red proves twice as much as that of CTMA-bentonite. We have also found that the modifier dosage plays an important influence on the adsorption behavior of the organobentonitc. The residue concentration of neutral red in the water was found greatly increased after the adsorption decreased dramatically. Under the same amount of modifier dosage, the residual amount of neutral red tends to be lower than that by CTMA-bentonite, with the difference being more obvious especially under the low modifier dosage. Thus, it was supposed that the adsorption capacity of CDM- BA-bentonite towards neutral red would be higher than that of CTMA- bentonite under the same condition. Besides, temperature can also more or less influence the adsorption of organobentonites towards neutral red slightly. In addition, FTIR technique has also been adopted to monitor the adsorption process and to explore the interaction between organobentonites and the organic contaminants'. The FTIR spectra of organobentonites before and after the adsorption indicated that neutral red molecules can successfully be adsorbed by the organobentonitcsn with strong interactions existing between the aromatic rings of neutral red and CDMBA in the bentonite interlayers. As compared with CTMA-bentonite, CDMBA-bentonite proves more efficient in adsorbing dye-containing sewage.
