对我国高校董事会的定位及职能的思考

Thought on the Orientation and Functions of Trustee Board of Institutes of Higher Education

发挥董事会在高校体制中的作用,是目前我国高校董事会及学校管理体制改革面临的课题之一。鉴于目前国内高校董事会的实际情况,我们应当参照西方大学校董会模式,采取分类实施和稳步推进的办法,逐步将其改造成真正意义上的董事会,并以其为突破口,促进高校内部管理体制改革和发展,使二者形成良性互动。

How to empower Trustee Boards to play their roles is one of the topics which need to be addressed in the reform of college Trustee Board and management system. In view of the actual situation of current university Trustee Boards, we should take ways of enforcing classification and steadily push forward the implementation in the light of the approaches of Western universities, gradually turning them into the true sense of Trustee Board. By doing so, we can create a breach to promote the reform and development of university＇s internal management system, forming a positive interaction.
