摘要
克隆并研究小鼠催乳素释放肽受体基因在妊娠期小鼠不同组织的表达;提取小鼠不同组织总RNA,进行RT-PCR,PCR产物与pMD-19T连接后转化E.coli DH5a,检测阳性克隆并测序;测序结果表明,所得序列与小鼠催乳素释放肽编码区序列的相似性为99.49%;克隆所得序列为小鼠催乳素释放肽受体基因片段,催乳素释放肽基因在妊娠期小鼠不同组织中均有表达。
To clone and analyse the expressions of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene in mouse different tissues during gestation. Total RNA was extracted from different tissues and amplified by RT-PCR. The PCR products were ligated into the pMD-19T vector, and then transformed into competent cells of E.coli DH5a. The positive cloning was sequenced and analyzed. The cloned nucleotide sequence shared 99.49% homology with the code zone sequence of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor. The cloned nucleotide sequence was part of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene and prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene express in mouse different tissues during gestation.
