对中药大黄中蒽醌类物质煎煮条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 将大黄粗颗粒(2 mm<d<5 mm)进行煎煮,于不同煎煮时间段取样,并采用722E型分光光度法,测定该煎煮时间下样品中蒽醌类物质,并为煎煮时间与蒽醌类物质含量变化建立联系,从而获得最佳的煎煮条件为:大黄煎煮30 min以前,游离蒽醌含量增加较快,50 min时达最大。由此可见,大黄的动态变化与煎煮时间有关,通过该试验结果,可以作为大黄用于泻下作用煎煮的最佳时间。 To decocted the block (2 mm〈d〈5 mm) of Rheum of ficinale, after that to take a sample at different decocting time. Methods a 722E spectrophotometer is analyse the anthra quinones was used to determine at different decocting time, while the time-content relation was analyzed. Results is the Rheum of ficinale decocted for 30min before, the content of free anthrax quinones increased rapidly reached the peak value at the end of 50min. Conclusion Rheum of ficinale and the dynamic changes of the decocting time. According to the experimental results, 50min is considered to the deeocting time when Rheum of ficinale is used cathartic.
