摘要
为提高中国龙船花成活率、生根率,缩短生根时间和育苗周期,以中国龙船花为材料,研究不同溶度的吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、萘乙酸+吲哚丁酸等量混合液对扦插中国龙船花愈伤组织和根发生的影响。结果表明:以浓度为1000 mg/L萘乙酸+吲哚丁酸混合溶液处理的效果最好。
To improve the survival rate and the rootage rate of lxora chinensis and shoten the rooting time and the seeding period. By using Ixora chinensis tested material in this experimentation, effects of various concentrations of NAA, IBA and NAA＋IBA on callus and rooting of cutting Ixora chinensis were studied. The results showed that treating with 1000 mg/L NAA＋IBA had the best effect.
