摘要
高温平菇主要在夏季栽培,为了获得高质量的菌株,对13个高温平菇菌株的菌丝最适生长温度、农艺性状进行测定与分析,结果表明11个菌株的最适生长温度是30℃,菌丝生长速度为0.36~1.07cm/天,Pn1达到最大值1.07cm/天。生物学效率为82.6%~117.4%,其中7个菌株的生物学效率在100%以上上。通过比较试验,Pn1是具有在高温下菌丝生长速度最快、生育期短、生物学效率高和菇形好的优良菌株,适合在福建省东南热带地区推广的菌株。
Thermotolerant Pleurotus ostreatus is mainly cultivated in summer. In order to obtain the good quality strain among them, the optimum growth temperature of mycelia, agronomic traits of 13 strains of thermotolerant Pleurotus ostreatus were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the optimum growth temperature of mycelia 11 strains was 30℃, mycelial growth rate ranging from 0.36 cm/d to 1.07cm/d in which Pnl reached the maximum of 1.07cm/d. Biological efficiency ranging from 82.6% to 117.4%,7 strains was over 100%. Through comparative experiment in this study, the best strain Pnl with fast growth at high temperature, short growth period, high biological efficiency and good shape was suitable for popularization in the northeast tropical area of Fujian Province.
