摘要
运用准时知识管理的理论与分析方法,对医院科研项目不同阶段信息需求与信息提供之间的匹配情况进行了分析。针对知识供需不匹配的类型找出相应的解决办法,弥补知识缺口,提高科研项目的信息服务水平。
The information needs and provision at different stages of scientific research projects in hospitals were analyzed using the just in time knowledge management theory and its analytic methods. Solutions for the unmatched information needs and provision were proposed to fill the gap of knowledge and improve the information service for scientific research projects in hospitals.
