摘要
通过动态观察长期太极拳运动过程中弱体质老年人的下肢肌耐力,平衡能力,柔韧能力,特别探讨了长期有规律的太极拳运动对弱体质老年人移动能力的影响。采用3个月的实验对比方法对80名70岁以上弱体质老年人在太极拳练习组与普通运动组实验的前、后及组间的身体能力各指标的比较后得出:八式太极拳运动可使弱体质老年人行动的敏捷性、协调性等能力得到增强,特别是移动能力呈显著性提高,起到了积极的改善作用。
Through long-term dynamic observation on Lower limbs endurance, balance ability and flexibility of fragile elder people, this paper discusses the influence of long term and regular Taijiquan exercise on mobility ability of fragile elder people. The three-month experimental comparison is used to study physical ability of 80 fragile elder people aged at or above 70 between Taijiquan exercise group and ordinary exercise group. The result shows that the 8 type Taijiquan can improve the agility and flexibility of fragile elder people, especially for mobility ability.
