摘要
目的:探讨肝源性磷脂补充与大豆磷脂补充对小鼠骨骼肌细胞膜损伤的影响,为磷脂补充应用于运动训练提供理论基础。方法:提取肝源性磷脂与大豆磷脂,并制备其灌胃悬浊液,对50只昆明种小鼠进行两周的灌胃实验,一次性力竭游泳后提取其股四头肌细胞膜,测定其MDA、SOD、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及荧光偏振度P、微粘度η、膜脂流动性LFU等指标,并设限食组。结果:力竭运动显著增加了细胞膜MDA的表达,降低了SOD和Na+-K+-ATP酶表达,磷脂补充减少了运动后这些指标的变化,细胞膜流动性指标荧光偏振度和微粘度在运动后增加,LFU在运动后降低,磷脂补充降低了这些变化的幅度,且上述指标均表现为肝磷脂效果显著。结论:相同浓度不同类型磷脂补充对一次性力竭运动小鼠骨骼肌细胞膜损伤有较强的修复作用,肝源性磷脂效果优于大豆磷脂,且不会对小鼠体重及饮食产生影响。
Objective:To discuss the effect of liver--derived phospholipids and soybean--derived phospholipids on the cell membrane injury of rats' skeletal muscle. Method:We extracted two kinds of pbospholipids from animal liver and soybean, prepared the suspensions for garage of 50 Kunming rats for two weeks. After a one--time exhaustive swimming, we separated their quadrieeps cell membrane, then determined their MDA, SOD, Na^+-K^+-ATP activity and fluorescence polarization P, micro-- viscosity η, lipid fluidity LFU and other indicators, and set LL group especially. Result : The expression of MDA was increased, while SOD and Na^+-K^+-ATP was decreased after exhaustive exercise. Phospholipids supplement reduced these change. Fur thermore, phospholipids supplement reduced the decline of membrane fluid induced by exhaustive exercise. Conclusion : the same concentration but different types of phospholipids added in a one-time exhaustive exercise on skeletal muscle cell membrane injuries devoted great repair impactions, among which animal liver-derived was better than soybean, without any influences on the weight or appetite.
