摘要 简要论述了超声电动机的工作原理,分析了国内外超声电动机主要关键问题的研究现状,探讨了超声电动机在工程技术领域中的应用前景。 The ultrasonic motor is a new kind micromotor, which has been of interest in industry because of its unique characteristics such as high output power per unit volume, high stationary limiting trorque,high maximum operating torque, simplicity in design,silence, and high precision controllability.In this paper, a brief review of the progress regarding research on ultrasonic motor is presented. The operation principles of the traveling ware type, piezoelectric ceramics materiaals and developing status of ultrasonic motor discussed. On the basis of looking ahead application of ultrasinic motor, the research directions at internal and abroad were analyzed. 
