摘要
在对并行设计过程模型描述的基础上，分析了冲突产生的原因。针对冲突的产生原因和特点，文中提出了一种基于协商的冲突消解方法，详细讨论了协商人员的确定、协商结果的传播和协商过程的控制等问题，描述了几种协商工具。
Basing on the description of Concurrent Design Process(CDP) model, the factors which lead to conflict are analyzed. According to the characters of conflict in CDP, a resolution way basing on negotiation is put out. The paper discusses the way to determine the negotiation members, the propagation of negotiation results and the control of negotiation process in detail. At the end, some tools for negotiation are described.
