制造型动态联盟公司构建模式的综述

Overview of the Structural Patterns of Virtual Manufacturing Corporations

阐述了动态联盟公司的建立、管理、组织形式,以及动态联盟公司内部各组成公司间的合作、合伙形式,同时对动态联盟公司运作的技术基础作了讨论;最后结合我国企业的实际情况,给出组建动态联盟公司的建议。

This paper expounds the establishment, management,organizational form of the virtual manufacturing corporation and forms of the cooperation and partnership among all the member companies within the virtual manufacturing corporation. Besides,the technical bases for operation of the virtual manufacturing corporation are discussed in this paper. Finally,in light with the actual conditions of enterprises in china , proposals are made for establishing virtual manufacturing corporations in China.
