摘要
为了适应现代化计算机智能制造系统的需要,本文重点论述了“刀具编码”在机械加工中的重要作用,从而提出“刀具信息管理代码系统”的研制理论及方法,数据模型的建立及编码的基本构成,特别是NCP/CAM接口及CAD/DBF接口技术的研究将会对CIMS的深入研究起着重要作用。
To cater for the modern CIMS,this paper discusses emphatically the important role of 'tool coding' in machining operations,puts forward the theory and method to develop the 'coding system for tool information management', the establishment of data model and the basic constituents of codes,and points out that a study on the technologies of NCP/CAM and CAD/DBF interfaces will play an important role in the in-depth study of the CIMS.
