摘要
建立番泻叶滴丸中番泻苷B的含量测定方法.采用高效液相色谱法测定含量;ODS柱,流动相A为乙腈,B为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液(pn值为5.0)(1:10),加入3.77g四庚基溴化氨,A与B的比例为14:86(V:V),检测波长为340nm,流速为1.0mL/min.番泻苷B的线性范围为0.4~1.4μg(r=0.9998),回收率(n=6)为98.33%(RSD=0.6%).本方法简便准确,重现性好.
To establish a method for determining sennoside B in dropping pill of Folium Sannae. The determination is performed by HPLC using ODS column, mobile phase is a mixture of diluted pH value is 5.0 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution( 1: 10) and aeetonitrile (86: 14, V: V) containing 7.7 mmol/L tetra - n - heptylammonium bromide. Detection wavelength is 340 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The linearity range is 0.4 - 1.4 μg ( r =0. 999 8). The average recovery is 98.33% (n =6) , RSD =0.6%. The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible.
