摘要
采用化学沉淀-混凝-砂滤-活性炭吸附组合工艺处理首饰加工废水,主要去除废水中的重金属及表面活性剂.试验考察了该组合工艺对污染物质的处理效果,同时考察投碱量及混凝剂投量对污染物去除的影响.结果表明,设计的组合工艺对此种首饰加工废水有较好的处理效果,废水中CODcr、Cu2+、Ni2+、SS等污染指标的总去除率分别达到95%、97%、50%及71%以上.经试验确定,投碱量为0.2 g/L、聚硅铁投量为0.01 g/L时处理效果最好.实际工程验收完毕后系统运行稳定,系统出水达到相应排放标准.
The combined process of chemical sedimentation, coagulation, activated carbon adsorption are introduced to the jewelry machining wastew sand filtration and ater treatment project to treat the heavy metal and surfactant in the water. The experiment reviews the effect of the combined technology, and the impact of the dosages is also investigated. The results show the combined technology gain preferable effect of treating jewelry machining wastewater. The removal rates of the CODer, Cu^2+ ,Ni^2+ ,SS are above 95% ,97% ,50% and 71% respectively. The research shows when the dosages of alkali and PSF are 0.2 g/L and 0.01g/L the system gains the best treatment result. The system runs steadily after the checking and acceptance of this project, and the effluent can meet the requirements of the relevant discharge standard.
