摘要
研究了内槽轮机构各零件安装及制造误差对从动件位移曲线和分度精度的影响,得到了内槽轮机构精确度的数学表达式,由此提出了在既定允许分度误差要求下尺寸公差的分配算法,最后给出了一个应用实例。
By studying the relationship between internal grooved wheel mechanisms and its manufactur- ing and assembling tolerances,this paper gives the mathematical expression of precision of this kind of mech- anisms,as a result,brings forth the distributing algorithm of dimension torlerance under the requirements of the given maximum indexing tolerances.An applied instance is given at the end.
