摘要
该文根据滚子齿式凸轮分度机构的啮合原理,给出了该机构通用的无因次化运动方程;应用微机对其进行了计算机辅助编程(CAP),并以我国卷烟硬盒包装机上所用的滚子齿式凸轮分度机构为例,在蜗形凸轮专用数控铣床 XK5001上进行了计算机辅助制造(CAM),加工出了所需凸轮机构,经检测与实际使用,其性能达到了设计与使用要求,取得了较好的应用效果。
In this paper,based on the engagement principle of roller gear cam indexing mechanisms, CAP of roller gear cam units in tobacco packing machine was made,authors have manufactured precisely a number of roller gear cams by using special cam machine,which was made by our institute and Nantong ma- chine tool works.It is satisfacfory in using practice.
