摘要
二坐标数控加工在机械行业中有着十分广泛的应用。文中提出了一种新的二坐标数控编程中复杂轮廓环的等距环生成算法,讨论了环的等距、等距环的自交处理等问题。文中算法编程处理简单、通用性好,在实践中取得了很好的效果。
2-D NC manufacturing is widely used in the industry.This paper addressed a new algorithm on the offset of complex loops,which is the key problem in 2D NC programming.The method to offset the loop and the algorithm to process the loop self-intersection are detailed in the paper.Some examples illus- trated the validation of the algorithm.
